?Is there money back guarantee on the products we buy?
You may return the products in 30 days, if the bottle is unopened and there is no impediment to sell it again. When we receive the products back, in 3 business days, we will refund your money back after subtracting carrier fee. Refund process may take long time if you ordered the product with credit card.
 
?I want to order online but I don't want to give my credit card information. What can I do?

?I want to purchase with my credit card, do you accept payment by instalments?
Unfortunately, credit card payment does not have installment option. We accept only pay in full.
 
?What name will show up on my credit card statement?
If you order via PayPal, it will appear as "PayPal *EVS-NCARE".
 
?When paying with credit card, a password is asked. What is this password?
In past we have used MoneyBookers as payment method. 3D Secure is obligatory for credit card payments via MoneyBookers. You are asked for the password that you set before for online shopping. Therefore stolen credit card use or unwanted use of credit card is prevented. If you cannot write the password, your credit card will not be charged. So this system prevents unauthorized use of credit card. The password of the card is not related to 3D Secure password. If you order with your credit card for the first time, your bank may ask you to create 3D Secure password. This password will be valid for all following online shoppings. Some of the banks send different 3D Secure password to your GSM phone at each order.
 
?How long will it take to receive my order?
Time of arrival changes according to your address. Our principle is to send your package closed and covered so nobody can understand what it has inside. Delivery period for international shipping changes between 7-20 days. You may check terms and delivery section for shipping period of your country.
 
?Will you ship discreetly ?
The products are sent to you in covered carrier package. We care your privacy. There is no logo on the packing about illness or our product. Sender name appears as our company name.
 
?Can I order by phone?
