Usage and Administration Dosage
You must use it at morning, noon and evening after meals. The time difference between each meal must be at least 4 hours. Administration dosage changes according to the age group:For adults (between 18-55 years old)
3 times a day, 4 tablets per time. (3 times x 4 tablets)
In a regular daily use, 12 tablets will be taken.

Tablets can be mixed with food or fruit juice after mashing.

Duration of Use
- Herbal product have a different impact on different people. So the duration can change according to patient and severity. In clinical studies, effects after 10 days of use are examined.
- After 1 bottle, if your problem is not completely ended, we recommend you to use the 2nd bottle without giving break.
- If your problem ends before 10 days, please don't stop taking tablets. We recommend you to finish the bottle.
- Recommended use amount is 1 bottle. Adults will finish 1 bottle at the end of 10 days.
Attention
- Pregnants and women recovering from childbirth (during 40 days after birth) should not use.
- People who have diarrhea should use with caution and doctor's control.
- It should be taken after meals. Occasionally stomach discomfort and loose stool has appeared when taken before meal.
- People who have stomach discomfort (for example: gastritis) should decrease the administration dosage. Maybe you can use a liquid medicine for your stomach during the treatment. (for example: Gaviscon Liquid)
- Patient should avoid taking spicy, hot foods and hard liquor (alcohol amount is more than 22,5%)

Side Effects
Rare:- When taken on an empty stomach, diarrhea and pain in the stomach can occur.
- Constipation; it is faced very rarely. This side effect is seen on people who eat white bread, cakes, pastry and grilled red meat. We recommed you to lower administration dosage and use constipation relief syrup during treatment. For example: Duphalac.
- Headache; people who have high blood pressure can feel this problem very rarely. In this case, number of taken tablets per time must be reduced.
Interaction
Until now, no drug interactions have been reported in clinical studies. Some patients reported it has negative effect with Novalgin ampule, Voltaren tablet, Dorolex pill, Arveles tablet and Anestol pomade.Please check the active ingredient of your medicine. For example dicloflam and dolorex have same ingredient. So both of them must not be taken during NCARE treatment period. If you feel any side effects with any other medicine, please stop using the other medicine if possible.
