This is a dietary supplement to help treatment. By taking 4 tablets, you take the required amount of herbs for treatment. To feel the effect of product, adults should take 4 tablets per time and 3 times a day. There is no chemical ingredients, 4 tablets will not harm you. By taking 4 tablets, you swallow 1.92 gram of herb extracts. If the administration dosage is prepared as 1 tablet instead of 4 tablets, tablet size will be very big and it will be difficult to swallow. Administration would be difficult for children and old people if it was 1 tablet.

According to the clinical studies, 1 bottle in other words 10 days use is enough. In addition to this, some patients whose disease is at higher phase reported that using additional bottle made them feel better. After 1 bottle use, if your discomfort is ended, you may continue to use the second bottle by lowering administration dosage. If NCARE herbal tablet is taken before meals on empty stomach, rarely it makes diarrhea or pain in stomach. Therefore you should take it after you eat something or snack. If you have a senstive body, although you take it after meal, it rarely can make diarrhea or pain in stomach. In this case, please lower the administration dosage half. Therefore you use 2 tablets instead of 4 tablets per time. Although NCARE herbal tablet have an effect for making defecation easier, very rarely it can make constipation. This side effect is seen on people who eat white bread, cakes, pastry and grilled red meat. In this case, lower the administration dosage and use a syrup to prevent constipation. From 1996 to 2005, clinical studies were done in several universities under medical supervision. In the studies, %95 of patients who have anal fissure and hemorrhoids feel the effect of product. Success rate in the clinical study does not tell healing amount of the disease; It shows the percentage of healed patients according to the total. NCARE Dong Quai White Peony can be used alone for the treatment of hemorrhoids in phase 1,2,3 and anal fissure in phase 1, 2. You can use it with most of drugs. Don't use the drugs with any of these active ingredients: "metamizole sodium", "diclofenac sodium", "diclofenac potassium", "dexketoprofen trometamol", "lidocaine HCl"  If you feel any interaction with other drugs, you should stop using the other drug or NCARE.

Pregnant women are not included in clinical studies. Plants in the product effects the blood flow. For this reason pregnants or menstruating women should use under medical supervision. People who is diarrhea should use under medical supervision. If you are allergic to any of plants in the product, please don't use this product.
In clinical studies, before and after using herbal tablet; EKG, blood, urine, kidney, lung and liver function tests are passed successfully. This proves that people who have diabetes, heart disease or blood pressure problem can use this product safely. Very rarely, people who have high blood pressure, reported that it makes headache. NCARE should be taken regularly without giving break or passing meal. You should take it after meal or snack 3 times a day. If you cannot obey this, it will relieve only but it will not cure. So we recommend you to use after that month.

Children aged over 12 can use it 3 times a day but must take 3 tablets per time. In another words, daily dosage is 9 tablets totally. If child is between 6-12 years old, administration dosage is 3 times a day, 2 tablets per time. If child is between 3-6 years old, administration dosage is 3 times a day, 1 tablet per time under medical supervision. Children aged under 10 should use under medical supervision (doctor). In addition, to protect the gastric mucosa, low-salted rice must be boiled and given them as supplement. Tablets can be crushed and mixed with food, fruit juice or water. But tablet's taste is a little sour and bitter, it can change the taste of food.

Because of your disease your metabolism may slow. For this reason, you may begin to use it by taking 1 or 2 tablets per time. Please use this product with your hypothyroid medicine under the supervision of doctor.
